Site updates

The site's open beta period (March 2015 - May 2016) has ended, and I am now turning beta user feedback into a site overhaul. Check out the blog post here for more information and future plans. Please contact infiniteulysses@gmail.com with any questions (e.g. I can try to accommodate needs such as plans to use the site in a summer or fall course.)

Following the site's public data policy, site users with one or more annotations were emailed on June 2nd with an invitation to export their annotations during the next six weeks (before July 15th, 2016), after which site users will not be able to log in or annotate until after the post-beta overhaul is complete (no set date yet). Before July 15, logged-in users can access links to export DOC, XML, and CSV versions of your own annotations on your user profile page.

Note there’s no necessity to export your annotations—they’ll still be there on the 1.0 site. Since from July 15, 2016 onward until the 1.0 release is ready there will be no new site signups and no logging in or annotating for existing users, I wanted to give you access to your annotations. If you don't export your annotations during that time, an export of all user annotations will be available in the GitHub repo. Please contact infiniteulysses@gmail.com with any questions or special needs.
